Safety first
No task starts without a method statement, a permit and a toolbox talk.
About Ironcrest
A general contractor with our own crews, our own formwork and one project manager who answers the phone.
Our story
Ironcrest began in 2008 as a four-person crew finishing other contractors' abandoned jobs. We learned early that clients forgive a higher price far sooner than a missed date, so we built the company around programmes we can keep.
Today we run our own concrete, steel and fit-out teams, which means fewer handovers between subcontractors and one team accountable for the result.
What we stand for
No task starts without a method statement, a permit and a toolbox talk.
You sign one number. Variations are priced in writing before any work starts.
Concrete, steel and fit-out teams on our payroll, not a chain of subcontractors.
Weekly progress photos, programme updates and cost reports, every Friday.
Milestones
A stalled two-storey clinic in Kothrud, finished eleven weeks after we took it over.
We bought our first system formwork and moved to a seven-day floor cycle.
A fabrication shop in Chakan for pre-engineered warehouses and long-span roofs.
Architects and structural engineers joined in-house, so drawings and prices arrive together.
Our cumulative built area passed one million square metres.
