How we work
From the first site survey to the day you get the keys, here is exactly what happens and when.
Months 1–3
We excavate, bore piles down to hard strata and pour the raft in one continuous pour, so the building starts on rock rather than hope.
Months 3–7
Columns, slabs and the lift core rise on a seven-day floor cycle. Every pour is cube-tested before the next level goes up.
Months 6–9
Fire sprinklers, water, drainage, ducts and cable trays go in floor by floor and are pressure-tested before any ceiling closes over them.
Months 7–10
Unitised glass façade panels are craned in and sealed from the ground up. Once the last panel is in, the building is weathertight and finishes can start.
Months 11–12
The crane comes down, the plaza and planting go in, systems are commissioned and you get the keys with as-built drawings and 12 months of defects cover.
How a project runs
A typical 12-month mid-rise job. You get this chart on day one, updated every Friday until handover.
Every Friday
Work done, work planned and any issue that needs your decision.
The Gantt chart, re-baselined only with your written approval.
Cube test results, inspection sign-offs and material approvals.
Man-hours, toolbox talks, near misses and corrective actions.
Questions
We tell you the same week, with the cause and a recovery plan. Contracts include liquidated damages, so a late handover costs us, not you.
